Abbas Abad was one of the large villages around Tehran, which was considered to be the neighboring village of Qasr. The construction of this village is appointed by Mirza Abbas, known as Haj Mirza Aghasi, the famous Chancellor of Muhammad Qajar. Haj Mirza Aghasi transformed Abbas Abad into a playground for the Maku riders who were actually his bodyguards by constructing the aqueduct and making it a joke. But at the same time, with the call of the great Amir, Abbas Abbas was assembled and converted into a clean environment.
