On Khordad1350 (June1971), The Abbas Abad Land Reconstruction Implementation Act was approved by the National Assembly and the Senate in 13 articles and 3 notes. Then the law was amended on 3/1/1351 and 31/2/1354. A Note to Article 10 and Four to Article 12 of the Abbas Abad Renovation Program Implementation Law was adopted and, subject to the authority provided for in Article 13 of the said law, at the recommendation of the Tehran Municipality, the Implementing Regulations of the Abbas Abad Land Reconstruction Law consisting of 12 Articles and Note 2: Approved by the Ministry of the Interior in June 1350. After 3 years of informal management of Abbas Abad Land Reclamation Until December 1353, according to Article 12 of Abbas Abad Reconstruction Program Implementation Law, Tehran Municipality has been authorized to implement Abbas Abad Land Reconstruction Program, a company approved by the Association. The Council of Ministers is hereby authorized to constitute, therefore, in implementing this provision, the Cabinet of Ministers, on 2/9/1353, on the basis of this proposal, No. 1/3/152676 dated 11/8/1353, the Ministry of the Interior has approved the charter of the Joint Stock Company in six chapters and Article 26 has then been approved by the company on 2/9/1353 under No. 20293 at the Registrar and Industrial Property Office of the time (non-profit organizations). has been registered and the number 18334/6 dated 20/02/1353 establishment notice published in the Official Gazette. The company operated as a Pahlavi city renovation company between December 1354 and 1357. The company is governed by a three-member board of directors and a chief executive and is chaired by the general assembly of the mayor of Tehran. According to Article 3 of the company's Articles of Association, all shares of the renovation company belong to the capital city. The company is governed by the principles of commerce and business law and is one of the affiliated entities of Tehran Municipality. According to the provisions of Article 5 of the Statute of the company, the implementation of the renovation plan in the Abbas Abad lands subject to the Abbas Abad Renovation Plan Law is as follows: Construction of various types of buildings, including residential, commercial, administrative, cultural, health, etc. Road construction and creation of roads and squares Parking Creation of green spaces and public recreation centers and recreational centers for sale, mortgages and properties individually or collectively in compliance with the provisions of Article 90 of the above mentioned law, any other measures necessary for the implementation of the plan for renovation and development of the subject matter of the said law.
